Utopia Management Inc. have proactively kept me regularly updated on progress in finding a new tenant for my property since it became available on 2nd October,2015. I have also found them to be very professional and courteous. I received calls every week keeping me up to date on potential tenants and advising me of when viewings were taking place. Utopia Management Inc. have subsequently found a tenant and things moved quickly in terms of organizing their move in. The gap between tenants has only been just under four weeks which I am pleased with. I have been very satisfied with the service Utopia Management Inc. have have provided and would be happy to liaise with them again on future tenants when my property next becomes available. My experience with Aaron Read and Utopia Management has been stellar up to this point. I am the board president at an HOA, our bookkeeping had been done manually for almost 40 years. Yes, manual receipts, check deposits slips and paper ledger. It was a very cumbersome and time consuming process. Aaron Read was instrumental in onboarding our HOA to Utopias digital bookeeping platform. The residents love the ease of paying online and receiving email statements; including an android and apple app as a payment option. Also, the board now has access to proper financial statements online. Aaron and his team at Utopia have done a great job during and after the transition to their bookkeeping services. I would highly recommend Utopia services to any HOA Looking to save time and money on their bookkeeping needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After years of searching for a company that would provide essential bookkeeping services, scaled and priced affordably for our small 16-home HOA, we found Aaron Read and Utopia Property Management. We have been very happy with Aaron's and Utopia's services, especially how responsive Aaron and his staff are.
I was one of those volunteer Board members who does everything, including the bookkeeping, and it was a relief to not have to do that anymore!
In addition to preparing monthly statements for the HOA and owners, we were pleased that Utopia communicated with escrow and title companies on our behalf when units were sold. Last year our HOA needed to secure a bank loan to replace our roofs, and it was essential to the bank that we have a professional company managing our finances.
I cannot recommend Utopia and Aaron highly enough!

After returning from a vacation in Hawaii, it was a disappointment to return home to no hot water. My husband called Utopia Management on Monday, and Armando Zapien and Victor Baez came out the same day to repair the water heater. Unfortunately, there was a part that needed to be ordered and replaced. I was thinking I would be going a week, if not days without a hot shower, so I was shocked when Armando said it would be the next morning. Armando said he would stop by between 9am and 10am. It was nice to have a more specific estimated time of arrival so I can plan my day (how helpful is it to have someone tell you they will arrive between 9am and 2pm?!) Armando and Victor showed up at 9:30 am and had hot water running by 12pm. Both were very friendly, professional, responsive, and it was overall a great experience, minus the freezing cold shower I endured for 1 night.

I thought that the whole service that I received was extremely professional. Communication was very good and each person I dealt with was very approachable/ They had an excellent and very Helpful & polite attitude, excellent Knowledgeable of the market and the local area, at all times had a Professional approach and appearance, always were easy to contact and were willing to answer any questions. I have now used them twice in a row in less than 6 months to let rent out two different properties and would use them again. I am one of 4 owners in a 4-unit single-family residential Spanish bungalow community. I purchased my unit in 2013 and Utopia was and has continued to be the property management firm for our HOA.
I have served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for the past 7-8 years and consequently had the pleasure to work with Aaron Read, the Controller at Utopia, as well as members of his team.
Aaron and his team have provided the HOA and owners with consistent, timely and high quality support as our needs evolved over the years. He has introduced us to a tax firm, helped us obtain HOA insurance, provided guidance on matters to allow us to make informed decisions and recently agreed to help us set up a second bank account for our reserves.
We are very likely Utopia's smallest HOA client, but I never felt once that we are any less important. To the contrary, I feel that Aaron is part of our HOA team.

I can say honestly that our time at a Utopia managed house has been great. First off, when we had a small pest problem, they sent over an exterminator next day to ensure that they would not come back.
The next thing they did while living there is they sent a maintenance person over to fix our door going out to the garage. It was falling off when we moved in and they got it fixed as well as the garage light.
Has it been a perfect business relationship? No it hasn't, but it's been pretty close. Melinda has been very understanding about the things going on and very supportive when we've had problems with the house.

Despite my initial frustrations with previous management companies I've worked with i can most certainly say Utopia has been incredible. Very attentive, well informed, and professional staff. Natalie, was able to provide top tier service and genuine compassion all while maintaining a very professional experience for me and my party. Vanessa Palacios has been a part of 2 management teams, including Utopia Property Management, that have taken care of our rental property in CA for many years. I have been working with Utopia Management for the past three years or so. I live in San Diego and own two rental properties, one in Oceanside and one in Murietta.
In my opinion this company is top notch because of their excellent customer service. Recently I had an issue which was initially addressed by Sarah Miller, my representative for our Murietta property. She in turn pulled in Aaron Read (Controller) to take care of the financial details of the matter in question.
Expertise, experience, patience and marvelous customer service would describe both of them accurately.

As a rental property owner and a frequent business traveler there is now way I can manage the properties on my own. I have found Utopia Management ideal for me and my tenants. They have in-house maintenance which is lower cost than I can get on my own. They also have many automated systems which make it easier for me and my tenants such as online applications, invoicing, maintenance requests, and an online rental website which show pictures, a video and floor plans of my property. They have in house staff which answers phones if you need to chat too.

I have been a owner with Utopia for over five years now. I have had a great experience and I have recommended them to one of my friends who is now with Utopia Management as well. I really like their maintenance people. The good part is that the prices that they charge me are better than I can find on my own. I had a plumbing problem at the condo that I own and I had two other companies bid on it. Utopia was almost 35% cheaper than the lowest bid! I also like the owner statements that they send out monthly online. I definately recommend these guys!

I only have great things to say about Utopia Management. They have managed my home since 2011 and recently I received an early termination notice which I was very sad about. Fortunately approximately 3 days later Aaron notified me that he had a new tenant with deposit under contract. I was not only very happy but relieved. I'm not a rich women so when my home goes unrented it significantly affects me financially. I'm in the military and I literally handed over my home to their care and after 4 years I'm still happy. I feel pretty lucky to have found them. I should probably mention that when my renters need something I'm contacted right away to approve the maintenance. There have been times when I've been away and unreachable but I could rely on Utopia to handle all issues for me until I could be available again. Everything just works. I highly recommend their management services and if you are as lucky as me you'll have Aaron and Melinda as your managers. Thanks Guys!

after a long day of work, i went home and my roommate told me that we got water leaking in the kitchen. I looked at it and it was pretty bad so i called the management and got into maintenance unit. i left a message and i got a quick respond. Management called me as soon as they received my message and sent me this maintenance man named "Armando Zapien."
I'm very happy that they sent me Armando. This guy is amazing!!! not only he know what he was doing but he also very friendly. He's very knowledgeable of his job and couldn't ask for a better service that he gave. Keep it up!!!

Courtney and Cassidy are the dream team at Utopia. Courtney scheduled my virtual showing and gave me a thorough tour of the apartment and was responsive and helpful through out the application process. After my application was approved, Cassidy patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make my move smooth. It can be hard to decide if a place is right for you when you’re not there in-person, but both Cassidy and Courtney kindly squashed all my doubts. I just moved in two weeks ago to a condo managed by Utopia. The condo had a long list of easily fixable problems (most likely not disclosed by the previous tenant), that I slowly found during my first week. I put in the maintenance request, and had everything in the works pretty quickly. Eddie, the maintenance tech, was great. Super personable, polite and professional. Im a current tenant of Utopia Management for over a year now. They have been pretty good to me thus far and Ive had some awful landlords in the past. They are prompt to return calls and get back to me with any issues I have. Any problems Ive encountered with regard to maintenance or broken items, they have responded promptly. Their maintenance staff is very helpful, and polite. I recently had an issue, and they were kind in letting me know what my options were, without judgement! I highly recommend this property manager.
